How to prevent project failure?

Why we use project management? The main objective is to prevent project failure. What we called project failure? RISK! Because it uncertain and we don't know what will happen. As a good project manager we have to prevent it happens. But how? We can create scope baseline so the project team can know what should they do and how to make it. Then? Create project schedule to know how long the project will take from start to finish then do not forget to estimate and determine the project budget. Every productions need money 😊. Make the product/service/result good! By improving the quality of the project, we increase the chances of delivering really good results on time and under budget. Make sure to get the right people on the team for the job and they can do the work. Keep everyone which means stakeholders on board, figuring out what they want to hear from us and what we need to hear from them. If we need some people outside the project helps us, make sure we get the right thing and that it comes in on time. Integrate all the components (to prevent project failure: risk), put it all together. Because a project is a system. Change one part and all the other parts change. Thus, when change happens, to schedule or budget or everywhere else - we need to asses the impacts, plan a new way and steer for success.
